At Glow, our goal is to ensure that every guest feels at home and receives the best possible experience. To achieve this, we have established a few basic policies that are designed to ensure that every visitor leaves wanting to return.

Booking Policy

Running late? If you show up more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to reschedule.

You must be over the age of 18 to receive any aesthetic treatments.

Cancellation

We kindly ask that cancellations be made at least 24 hrs before previously scheduled appointments.

Tipping & Gratuity

The greatest compliment we can receive is your continued business and referrals. If you would like to leave a tip for your aesthetician, we kindly ask that it be provided in cash or through Square at checkout. 

Payment / Refunds

Payment for services and products are due at the time they are rendered.

There will be no refunds for products and services.
